Returns Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you will be happy with your book/s. However, if your book has arrived damaged, you may return it for a refund. Please see below for more information on our returns policy. Please note, we can only replace or refund books that have arrived damaged. As a very small business, we cannot refund books if you have simply changed your mind.
All returns must be postmarked within seven days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and resaleable condition. Books that have been signed, dedicated and/or otherwise personalised cannot be refunded. Items that have been sold at a discount or in a sale are not eligible for refund.
To return an item, please email janeduffusbooks@gmail.com to explain the reason why you wish to return it. More information on how to return your books will be emailed to you. Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of posting the returned books and we strongly advised you to use a trackable method of posting.
After we have received your return and inspected it, your refund will be processed and you will be emailed with an update.
